WestM has one student apartment with three separate bedrooms that we lease independently. There is a common kitchen and living room shared by all tenants. All three bedrooms are about the same size but have slightly different bathroom configurations.
Our apartment space is on the second floor and is not ADA accessible. This is student housing only. We are a no smoking and no pets rental property.
The apartment is conveniently located across from Monroe Street near the center of campus. Onsite parking, laundry, and utilities are included. There are some general building care and lock-up responsibilities that are a part of the lease agreement.
