Tim Stover, Campus Minister

Tim StoverTim, a United Methodist Minister, is a Corvallis native and OSU Alum (Pre-Med, ’74) with deep roots in WestM and the Corvallis community. Prior to returning to Corvallis in 1997, Tim enjoyed serving as Director of a Camp and Retreat Center in the central Cascade Mountains, Pastoral Counselor, Massage Therapist, Local Church Pastor (focused on ministry with youth and young adults) and Hospital Chaplain.

Through WestM, Tim seeks to practice the biblical ministry of hospitality, welcoming students into communities of belonging and meaning where they find both safety and support in their faith and life journeys. For balance in his life, Tim enjoys reading, watching movies, cooking and all things outdoors – especially “River Dancing” (aka whitewater rafting) as a way of enjoying and appreciating the power and beauty of God’s good creation.
